Great location and lovely apartment. Host was lovely and even picked us up from the Port so we didn’t have to carry our luggage. Location is the selling point, amazing view and just a few minutes walk into the old town.
It was all really lovely- if I was to be really critical I would say the bedding could do with being thicker! But that’s only if I was looking for a negative!!

Very good location, 5 minutes from the old town. Front of the apartment nice places for swimming and sunbathing. The view from balcony on the old town and port is spectacular. Filip is amazing host, very helpful and gave us great recommendation about the island.
The huge TV, which occupies almost half of the room and covers shelves in the wardrobe.

The property is in a very good location, just a short ~10-minute walk to old town. Booking.com makes it look like the property is not along lower road next to the water and is at the next road up, but it is actually at along the waterfront road. Just a bit of a staircase up to the property. The host provided some complimentary drinks made by his family as well which was very nice, and he picked us up from the ferry drop off. Nice big TV as well if you have early nights in.
The room we were in is very tight. Little space to navigate around the bed, and space for bags. In the bathroom you need to step into the shower before you can close the door to get around to the toilet.
The offer to pick us up was very nice of the host, but honestly the walk to the place is not that bad, and we were left waiting at the ferry terminal for about 30-45 minutes to be picked up.

Très bien situé. Balcon avant face à la mer et Korčula.
Calme. Dernier étage de l’immeuble. Environnement agréable.
Filip, le gestionnaire (qui n’est pas le proprio) est efficace quand on porte plainte, ce qui est apprécié.
C’est très petit. Les électroménagers sont vieux, rouillés, inefficaces.
La décoration est vieillotte et douteuse. Les chaises sont déchirées.
La porte de l’appartement ouvre dans un lave linge désuet et n’est pa sécuritaire vs une sortie de feu.
