The staff was very helpful. I had an issue with a service not related to the hotel and they helped me a lot with this issue. The dinning room is located in the uuper floor which means you have a great vie during your breakfast. The breakfast was very diverse and tasty.
The room was very bug and comfort.
It is very close to the train station.

The hotel is very close to Akita Station, and it's a 5-minute walk to Senshu Park and the Akita Museum of Art, both important destinations in the city. There are a lot of shops, at least two malls, and many restaurants nearby as well. The room was spacious and well-equipped. If you can, order the breakfast: a wonderful experience on the top floor of the building, with a beautiful view! The staff was friendly, the hotel lively, as it hosts banquets and other programs for locals and tourists alike, with its own restaurant and bar etc.

Breakfast was good (by comparison to other Japanese business hotels).
I had higher expectations from Ana Crowne, but this time it was quite underwhelming. No room service after 10 pm (although it did say 24h), empty fridge, not even a bottle of water provided in the room. No reading light either.
