La ubicación errónea y la cama era muy incómoda

They cleaned our room and bathroom. We booked it for 3 nights and I wasn't expecting our room will be cleaned after our 2nd night, so that was nice. There's a sofa that we can just sit after a long day exploring! It was quiet and the beds are nice. There's a bus 622 that goes to Moncloa, the nearest Metro and your gateway to Madrid city centre. It's about 45 to 1 hr (bus + train).

It was hard to communicate. First, there's a language barrier - Spanish and English. We have asked questions from the WhatsApp number and the Booking.com messaging app regarding check in time (we're arriving late), transport from airport to the hotel, etc. but they're not quite responsive. We received information on the day of our arrival and have to call another number. Thank God we have a Spanish friend who speaks English and helped us communicate with the hotel. On the day of our arrival, I got a message that due to lack of staff, there's no one at the reception after 4pm or 6pm. Although they left a message how to do self-check in, but receiving the message a few hours before our flight to Madrid was quite stressful. For safety, we didn't appreciate the set up the kitchen. We booked this apartment because we want access to the mini-kitchen. There's no kettle to boil water. There's a small, portable induction hob but the ONLY electric socket in the kitchen is on the wall, very close to the kitchen sink tap. The induction cable will go through the sink. Water near an induction hob, its electric plug, or the power cord creates a serious danger of electric shock and fire, as water can cause short circuits. So we remove the induction hob from the mini-kitchen, and place it on the dining table.

Great apartment, big enough, accepts pets, lovely stay, friendly staff. Most everything was great, there's a dog park right next to it, quiet area, private free indoor parking. Communication was good, very friendly and helpful staff. In August or holiday season remember to confirm check in and check out times. We brought our own food, there were some vending machines at the entrance, but the coffee place was closed most of August, so take that into account. Will definitely come back, our 2 dogs were very happy 😊 Supplement of 10€ for each dog.

Didn't have knives, forks nor pots to cook, just plates and glasses. No Coffee machine, water boiler or toaster.
