Good location, about 15 minutes walk to the Gueliz Plaza. Opposite a local convenience shop and a restaurant. We had the 2 bedroom flat on the 4th floor, there is a lift. The flat is duplex and had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was clean, and easy to check in with Lahcen who is usually at the property. There is also good outside space, with a wraparound balcony. We enjoyed our stay here. It is about 40 mins walk to Jama Al Fna, but we just used taxis. It was excellent value for money.

Place does need a bit of repair now from previous leaks and damp by the stairs to the 2nd bedroom.

Great location and the apartment was quirky and very comfy . Check in was very easy and Lehcen was very friendly

Very big and clean. Beds were comfy. And the location was close to everything you need. Exceptional for the price
