Very nice downstairs area. Restaurant and breakfast very good. Staff helpful and friendly.
Carpets in all bedroom areas and corridors were grubby and stained. Room smelt from the grubby carpet. Not very pleasant. However, bed was comfortable and clean

Comfortable bed. Good location.
Shower was only hand-held. No shampoo. Terrible breakfast. Dinner at the Henriette restaurant was passable, very mediocre.

Everything really. Comfortable, spacious room, a kettle and tea/coffee, air conditioning and lovely reception staff.

Easy access. Staff on duty late. Good price.
Never seen carpets do dirty in a hotel; hallways and room. It just made the whole hotel feel dirty. The bathroom wasn’t that great either: lots of hair left all over the bathtub.
