The apartment was just as described. Super clean and well equipped. The young man who let me in and showed me round was very kind and patient - I was later than I expected but he was very cool about it.

It's a bit out of town (which is obvious from the map) so walking back was a bit of a drag. But the description etc is absolutely honest and clear.

Apartment is large enough. Kitchen have working fridge, oven and gas, dishwasher. Kattle for water was not working but we didn't report it as was not so important, we would just boil water on stove for instant coffie. Washing machine working fine which is important for longer stay like we did for 10 days. 5 min walk to Leopoldo tram station from where you go 2 station till center. Host is strange. Most important for him is to remind you that you need to pay extra if check in late and to remind you that you need to check out at 11:00.

Extremly noisy. You can hear everything from outside apartment like it is inside. No any noise isolation. We were waking up every single night when any car or people were passing by window which was almost all the time. Very unpleasent smell of sewage. Even the clothes we washed and dry inside aparment was smelling bad after drying. The smell is constant. No wifi which we knew but the problem is also to catch normal internet signal on your phone, you need to be in the bedroom only. The biggest mistery is that the name of apartment is Quiet and Bright BUT THAT IS SOOOOOO FAR FROM THE TRUTH. IT IS COMPLETLY DIFFERENT AND SHOULD BE CALLED 'DARK AND NOISY APARTMENT'. This is completly honest review and we had nice time in Toscany (10 days) but if we come back we would for sure go to another apartment. If you disregard all what I wrote and choose to sleep in this apartment, here is one advise: use the mobile phone of agency from booking page and text them couple of days before arrival on Whats Up as otherwise they will just ignore you for some reason. UBER NOT WORKING. DOWNLOAD appTaxi application if you don't want to walk untill train station last day with luggage! All in all, I am sorry to say but we need to be more negative that possitive as for this money you can find closer and better apartment for sure.
