I really liked the look of the hotel with the interior garden and the swimming pool. I liked that it was quiet inside. I liked that the breakfast was balanced, with eggs and fruits and bread. The staff was very friendly.
The coffee at breakfast tasted terrible. Too bitter. I didn't like that there were many, many breakers (for electricity) in the room and I didn't know what to do with them.

The staff were wonderful, helpful and always smiling from Chan and the ladies in reception and doormen to Tina and the restaurant ladies and housekeepers. The lovely staff made our stay feel special 🙏🏼😊
That we couldn't stay longer

The staff was kind and helped us book trains and buses for the rest of the trip. Breakfast was excellent.
Pool was disappointing, too small and dirty. Room was small and the bathroom was run down, with old hair in the shower drain.
