Location is central in Saly, quiet neighbourhood, private

The house was not ready when we arrived. Ckeaning was ongoing, pool was just being made ready making that we couldnt use it until 24 hours later, garden had not been cleaned until next morning. Several appliances, lamps, ventilators are not working or broken. Glassware : not even 2 simikar wineglasses available. Waterpressure was very low. Owner offered us a local mea to make up for problems, but all in all I would suggest to 'update' these things. It was below our exoectations and reviews of previous guests.

The location of the villa was great, it was off the main part of Saly Centre and was easy to get to and get around the area in Saly. Fatima made our arrival smooth and the handover of keys was a smooth process. There was also a security guard on site which was very helpful and Tidanie was responsive when needed.

The facilities of the villa didn't meet expectations. The pressure of the showers were quite weak and by the second night only two of the three showers were working for the rest of our stay. We also had issues with some of the bathroom facilities, Tidanie sent someone over to help with this but the issue was never fully rectified. The pictures of the villa didn't give an accurate reflection of the villa either and not everything was ready on our arrival, the pool had not been treated and rooms were not fully ready.
