Ubicación perfecta

Todo ok

It was very nice, clean, and was super close to so many amazing places to shop and eat! My family and I felt safe and secure.

The only downside was the mattresses, at least for me because I have a bad back. My grandma also noticed that the bedding in the fold out couch were not clean. She did have to sleep downstairs as the stairs were too much for her to be up and down.

The location was great

While the condo owner was friendly and tried to be accommodating, my stay was severely impacted by major issues with the building's administration, security, and cleanliness.First, the building security and administration were highly unprofessional and unfriendly. I invited my parents over for dinner—with the prior consent of the owner—but security refused to let them enter unless I paid them an unauthorized fee of $200 pesos per person just to visit. The owner mentioned he could not control the building administration, but this is a massive issue for anyone hoping to have guests.Second, the cleanliness upon arrival was disappointing. The patio was very dirty, which caused a severe ant infestation that quickly spread into the kitchen. While I called to have them clean it, these pest and cleanliness issues should have been resolved before my check-in.I appreciate the owner's pleasant attitude, but due to the extortive building security practices and the pest issues, I cannot recommend staying here.
