The location and the balcony were the best features about this property.

It was impossible to sleep at nights, there was always very loud music from the neighbouring apartments (with huge speakers), seemed like we were living in a night club. The beds are really uncomfortable. The apartment was generally dirty, some really old dirt (especially in the bathroom and ventilation grills). The kitchen cupboards were greasy and dusty. Overall it seems that the cleaning lady just wiped in the middle of the floor. After each cleaning the apartment was full of long black hair everywhere, especially in the bathroom. Definitely not worth the money it costs to stay there.
