Everything was good, but the personnel exceeded expectation. We stayed here 2 days, but with some time between these days (we were doing a multiday hike). Since our room wasn't booked between theses days, the staff let us leave all our stuff in the room and our car on the parking until we returned. And apart from that, when our friend got really sick and couldn't come with us on the hike, the staff was really concerned and helped us find a doctor, and let him stay there for the duration of the hike.
We had some noisy neighbours, but that's not the fault of the staff.
