Vicino a Marina Rubicon e alle fantastiche spiagge del Parco Nazionale del Papagayo, questa villa individuale indipendente per famiglie ha il meglio dei due mondi. Spiagge naturali di sabbia fine a 15 minuti a piedi e la splendida Marina con una varietà di ottimi ristoranti e attività per tutta la famiglia. La villa è molto riservata, sicura e vanta un bel giardino con spazio per trovare un angolo tranquillo e leggere un libro. Sono disponibili giochi per bambini tra cui Xbox 360 e una collezione di gonfiabili per la piscina e film in DVD. C'è un ampio patio con divano curvo che si affaccia sulla piscina, il luogo perfetto per cenare all'aperto. Inoltre la casa ha un altro spazio esterno privato ideale per rilassarsi sui lettini in rattan.
La villa si trova in 1000 m di terreno ed è molto riservata e tranquilla, ma vicino a ristoranti e negozi. Dormire 6/7 in questa lussuosa villa indipendente con 3 letti e 3 bagni ha tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno. La villa dispone di una grande piscina riscaldata a forma di rene ad una temperatura di ca. 28 gradi circondati da una grande superficie di "roccia di gomma" (antiscivolo).
Ha un ampio salone con soffitto a volta alto con divani in pelle e TV tra cui BBC / ITV / SKY / DVD / XBOX360.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale super king size e un fantastico bagno privato con cabina doccia, oltre a una rilassante area lounge e un proprio patio dove sorseggiare un drink mentre il sole sta tramontando. La camera degli ospiti ha di nuovo un letto matrimoniale super king size e una fantastica vasca idromassaggio circolare doppia nel suo bagno privato, mentre la terza camera ha due letti singoli con un bagno di vasca e doccia proprio di fronte. Tutte le camere dispongono di aria condizionata a gettoni che costa circa 2 euro a notte con ampio spazio guardaroba, cassettiera, asciugacapelli in ogni camera e soffitti alti. Le persiane sono disponibili anche nella camera per gli ospiti e nella camera doppia, mentre la camera da letto principale ha un oscurante elettrico per mantenere le stanze fresche. La villa ha due casseforti più una cassaforte per laptop digitale.
La cucina moderna ha tutto il necessario tra cui: forno a microonde / fornello / frigorifero / congelatore / lavastoviglie / lavatrice / macchina da caffè / frullatore e ampio spazio armadio.
Sala da pranzo e Wi-Fi opzionale: la villa dispone di una moderna sala da pranzo per famiglie al coperto e di un patio per barbecue per famiglie all'aperto con fantastica sala da pranzo in legno e divano in rattan curvo. La nostra villa è curata da manager inglesi di grande esperienza che assicurano una vacanza senza problemi. Un pacchetto di benvenuto è fornito con tutto il necessario per una tazza di tè / caffè al vostro arrivo. I miei agenti sono felici di visitare e spiegare dove tutto è richiesto. Se soggiornate per 11 giorni o più, la pulizia / il cambio della biancheria e degli asciugamani viene effettuato dopo una settimana.
Gli extra opzionali disponibili a un piccolo costo sono il noleggio di asciugamani da piscina / spiaggia extra-large, la connessione internet wireless Wi-Fi e un tavolo da biliardo.
Nella zona ea circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla villa si trova il ristorante Casa Carlos e il centro commerciale El Pueblo, che ha un ottimo supermercato con carne fresca, frutta e verdura e tutto ciò di cui potreste aver bisogno. Il centro commerciale ha anche caffè / bar / tapas / un ottimo bar di tapas Gin / vino chiamato El Lager de Baco e una varietà di altri negozi. Qui puoi anche noleggiare Segway, biciclette, automobili, paddle board, solo per citarne alcuni! C'è una stazione di taxi nel centro commerciale e un ottimo servizio di autobus vicino a Casa Carlos.
La prima spiaggia del Papagayo National Park è a circa 15 minuti a piedi o la divertente spiaggia di Dorada a 10 minuti in auto o in autobus, inoltre c'è una grande spiaggia di pool di roccia proprio dietro El Pueblo.

Lovely property with a good outside space and great pool. All very well looked after. We had a car and would highly recommend to enjoy this area.

Our first visit to Lanzarote did not disappoint!
The Roundhouse offered everything we needed for our family holiday. The rooms are excellent sizes, especially the en-suite room, which has its own small patio area.
We could not fault it- it was very clean, secure, spacious and well equipped.
We spent many hours in the pool which has great views of the mountains.
The Villa is located on a quiet road, but is only 5 minute walk to local bars, supermarket, playpark and various tapas and restaurants.
To access the shops and abundant restaurants at the Marina is a leisurely 20 minute walk with beautiful costal views. The marina has a market twice a week.
The area has a great atmosphere, but is not too busy with tourists.
The local Papagayo beach is a beautiful, unspoiled beach which was never busy and seemed popular with the nationals. You can reach the beach in a 15 minute walk. Good safe place for snorkelling with the children.
We also visited the slightly busier beaches at Playa Dorada for fun water activities, which also has pubs/restaurants.
We hired a car and did several tours on the island- volcanos, caves, green lagoon, which are all worth a visit and only 1 hr drive from the villa.
Jane and Chris were wonderful hosts and responded quickly to queries even before we booked and departed. They were very helpful and friendly with any queries we had about the local area.
We would recommend this villa for a great holiday

We had a memorable week at “The Roundhouse” and were sad to leave. It’s a great place to just chill out. The Villa itself is located in a lovely street with a breathtaking Mountain View that you can see while you’re swimming in the pool. The size of the Villa is not evident from the outside but once inside it’s absolutely huge! It’s tastefully furnished and has every single appliance and kitchen utensil you would need. (Much more than other villas I’ve stayed in on the island) It’s been very carefully thought out. The fluffy towels were a real bonus!! The wi-fi was good and there are plenty of UK TV channels on the set top box. Any minor issues that we had on arrival were swiftly resolved and I felt we were very well looked after and all communication was easy! The pool and garden area was a lovely place to spend time.Thick cushions for the sun loungers and seating and it’s completely private and well maintained. The temperature of the pool was perfect and it’s a good size for a swim. The lights come on in the pool and garden in the evening, including fairy lights above the terrace. We didn’t have a car but this was fine for us as it’s pleasant 10 min walk to the nearest shops and restaurants and about 15 mins to the stunning coastline with the best views out to sea. After a quick read of the guest book provided, I could see that there are many guests who return year after year and after staying here myself I can see why.

Stayed at the Roundhouse in August 2022 and had a fantastic holiday. Villa is excellent with plenty of space and all of the amenities we needed. The villa is well located and in easy reach of beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Everything you need at this villa! Lovely stay, short walk to supermarket and a few bars and restaurants, lovely walk into the Marina, and a very reliable bus service! 100% recommend!

We stayed at the roundhouse over Christmas and had such a wonderful time. The villa was clean and tidy and has everything you need. There is a supermarket just down the road which is very handy and the marina is a short stroll away along the sea front.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa and any communication we had with the owners was super. We would love to go back again!

The Villa was lovely with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We had 2 couples in the Villa and we had large bedroom each. The Villa is well equipped and has everything you could require. The location is Los Colorados and has some bars and restaurants locally. The walk to the Rubicon Marina is 30 mins but cabs are under 5 euros to the Marina and Playa Blanca. We had a really nice week there and would not hesitate to book the Roundhouse again.

Once more this lovely villa suited us perfectly. Villa is secluded yet close enough to all the things you need - amazing unspoilt beach, good supermarket, playground with a handy bar opposite!! Owner and management company extremely competent and happy to help. No doubt we shall return. Recommended without hesitation for a hassle free luxury stay in lovely Lanzarote.

This was our 9th stay in Lanzarote. We were very glad to have choosen The Roundhouse. It was exactly what we expected to find. But let me first say a few words to the time before we flew to Lanza. We had a very good and friendly contact to Jane Walton and were without doubt, that this is the house to rent for us. We new where it is located, have seen it from outside. And we knew that this part of Colorados is very quiet. The house and the surroundings is exactly what we expected, everything is kept in a very good condition. The service organisation A1 was fantastic, we had a small Problem - they where there quicker that anyone could expect.

We spent 10 days at The Roundhouse and had a fantastic time. Everything we needed was to hand (and working!), and there was detailed information about both the villa and the location available to us on arrival.
The situation of the villa is peaceful yet within easy walking distance of all amenities. The local supermarket is well-stocked and catered for all our needs.
Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a The Roundhouse to any potential holidaymakers wishing to stay in Playa Blanca.

We've just returned from a week's stay in The Roundhouse, and we couldn't have been happier. Everything was perfect from initial contact to the moment we left. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, even better than it looks in the photos. It comes equipped with everything you need and the location is ideal for the beach, Marina Rubicon and Playa Blanca. They are all within walking distance. The pool is much larger than those of other villas, and we spent a lot of time in there. The terrace is a lovely place to have a glass of wine as the sun goes down. Highly recommended. We can't wait to go back.

Stayed here 1st-8th november.On arrival we found this property to be immaculately cleaned with a lovely welcome pack.The villa is at the end of an estate of properties,but for us it was perfect as it was so peaceful with a beautiful view of the mountains.It is very private and literally has everything that you need.It is very well maintained-the gardening team turned up not long after our arrival and a couple of days later the pool man attended to fully clean and vacum the pool-so its good to know that things are done properly with a team working together for your safety and comfort.The weather was kind to us and we enjoyed exploring the island and also having a couple of days when we didnt leave the villa.My mobility isnt 100% ,so didnt find walking to local amenities very good but local restaurants and supermarkets were managable but to go to the marina and into town was a short drive away. My husband however is a runner and ran everymornig along a great flat path that runs along side the villa.Air conditioning in the main bedroom was a great asset and inexpensive to run.The owners were great and easy to deal with and very helpful when i messed up my payment initially.We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday with no problems and would love to return taking our daughters next time.
