From the minute we walked through the door we were treated like royalty. They explained everything we needed to know about the hotel and even helped us plan our route around Petra.
The hotel is beautiful, room was amazing, the evening meal and breakfast too. The waiting staff couldn’t do enough for you and made sure you had everything you need. The hammam was fantastic too.
One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in whilst travelling over the years. The staff from this hotel are world class.
A few names I’d like to mention. Eyad, Mohammed, Suleman, mamoun and the operations manager (not sure of his name)
We’re all fantastic and made our stay memorable. We will be recommending this hotel to everybody.
Everything was perfect.

"Ottima posizione proprio di fronte all'ingresso di Petra. Camera molto silenziosa e ben arredata. Colazione ottima sia per i salati sia per i dolci."
