Our host Luca was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He has thought of everything to make his guests comfortable, including buying a (possibly unnecessary!) new set of cookery the day we arrived, just because he thought it needed upgraded. We particularly appreciated the plumbed in fridge, so there was no need to carry heavy bottles of water back home. We loved everything about this comfortable, well planned apartment, with its wonderful setting overlooking the lake. The view can be enjoyed from the large terrace or even from bed! The apartment is quiet and private. There is a small supermarket a few minutes walk away and innumerable restaurants beside it or the few minutes walk into town. The only downside is that it is difficult to get a taxi in Desenzano but Luca helps with that. Desenzaro is a pleasant town, no need to go to Sermione! We found waiting 30+ minutes for the ferry both ends, just to walk with crowds round the village not worth the bother.

De uitzicht op het meer is geweldig! Groot appartement en Super schoon en alles aanwezig. Zelfs badjassen en olijfolie/azijn en de vriendelijke eigenaar bracht verse koffiebonen voor de apparaat. Locatie is top en bovendien parkeerplaats in de garage (wel krapjes voor een grote auto)

Harde bed, dat was even wennen. De verlichting/inrichting iets aan de kille kant (glas/staal).

Beautiful apartment in a perfect position. Every amenity was provided including a state of the art coffee machine. The bed was extremely comfortable with wonderful views across the Lake.
