The room size and location

Good breakfast and quit rooms with good bed.

We spend one night in this hotel on our way from Jakarta to Batukaras. The room was clean and cozy, the staff very friendly. Dinner on the Rooftop bar was delicious (we highly reccomend trying the desserts!) and we enjoyed the beautiful view over Bandung.

Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay.

the cleanliness, staff, and big window are good. location is good, so many options available. lightning option inside the room were good. bed was comfy (it was a hard type matress, which is my preference).

for this price point, the bathroom is considered bad (rate 3 of 10), it was clean however. the ammenities were lacking (for shower they provide general foam instead of shampoo and body foam). only normal shower head instead of rain drop shower head. tiles color inside bathroom also bad. the hallway, way too plain for this price point. view outside the window also bad from 2nd floor. unaccessible veranda yet linked to other rooms is a bad idea (I noticed someone walked past the window during the day). safety box is too small. buffet needs a lot of improvization (give it more options). buffet was served cold during my stay. there is ramp for disable, however the access was blocked by parked car (seriously, with or without disable guest the ramp access should be opened without blocked by parked car)
