Staff were hostile and rude
8 / 10Eccellente·set 2026
Location was amazing, the caravan was exceptionally clean
Checkout at 9am is ridiculously early
BOoking.com stated that there was free Wi-Fi, but there was no free Wi-Fi
There were NO towels, only 1 loo roll, NO tea towels or cleaning products eg washing up liquid.
This should have been stated when booking we could have brought our own from home. Very Disappointing
Also very poor customer service service when enquires were made

The location was really good
5 / 10·set 2024
loved the location and the village of Charmouth
The sofy furnishings in the caravan smelt strongly of dog and the bathroom smelt of damp.
WiFi very poor and very pricey hence we didn't purchase any. staff member agreed that it was too poor for streaming or sharing photos.
