There was a lot of construction going on which we didn’t know about ahead of time. However, our stay was quiet and staff was friendly.

It was my husband and I. We were there for a family reunion. His two brothers were also in the hotel. Breakfast was very good and we would sit together to eat with no pressure from the staff for us to leave. Remodeling and renovation were being done. There was a bar next to the hotel where we would stop for a beer before going to bed (no drink and drive). Gas station with convenience store next too. Our reservation was for a room with a king size bed and we did not get it. Instead it was a room for disabled people, bed smaller and all wheel chair adapted.

It seemed there was construction for expanding near the parking lot, but I didn't hear any noises. Rooms were quiet; I couldn't hear my neighbor. There's a new part of this establishment and an older part. The free breakfast buffet was just short of amazing. Staff was very courteous. Room very clean.

The hotel was under construction. They are in the process of remodeling which will be better when done. But nothing told us they were under construction and the price was high for it being so. The layout of the hotel is very weird and the outdoor side doors were unlocked all day and night. I did not feel safe with my kids with anyone being able to come inside at anytime. The pool was not as pictured. It was very dirty and old. We did not use the pool for that reason. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Items there were clean. Our room was nice with new everything but outside the room everything was filthy.

Nice staff. Rooms were really clean and looks like they were just remodeled and everything new.

Hotel was good. Some road noise but not bad. My mom had trouble finding it as it is tucked back off the main road and no ground level signage at the street. Comfy bed. Clean.

Room recently renovated

Arrived after 4:00 and was told our room ‘might’ be ready and had to wait for someone to verify this. Was given keys and went to the room. Bathroom floor had cracked tiles and the bathroom walls were cracking. Left for the evening and returned to find no soap for the showers, and no shower curtain. Only one rubbish bin in the entire two bedroom suite. The shower faucet control was broken so that the water temperature could not be adjusted, and the headboard in one room had stains. The parking lot was partially occupied by a couple of dumpsters, and is poorly designed, making parking difficult.

There was plastic sheets taped to block some of the hallways. Said it was. Medical emergence but won’t way what.

The AC unit was not working good but it was a nice place to stay and I would definitely stay again.

The room we were assigned was directly above the pool motor and caused floor vibrations and constant noise in the room. The front desk did offer to change the room when we mentioned this, but we were tired from a long drive and had settled in the room. We had a poor night's sleep as the noise was a definite disturbance.

It was very good and clean with friendly staff.

I cant say THANK YOU enough for this hotel! I left my diamond necklace on the bathroom counter, and didn't realize till later that afternoon. I called the hotel, and they had found it and put it back for me to come get. I was so thankful for their honesty! Will definitely be staying again!

Courteous staff and convenient location

Great room! Much larger than expected. Only negative was we were on the I-5 back side of hotel on the 4th floor. Portland never sleeps on this highway. Even having the A/C on you could still hear it. Would stay again, but request a room facing the parking lot.

The room was clean, receptionist was great, the only problem to complain about is their AC unit, I made a really load noise when u would turn it on, the receptionist tried changing me to another room and that room it wouldn’t even turn on. Had to move back to the ordinal room, tried ear plugs and that didn’t work from it being so load. AC units need to be updated in this building.

Room we ended up in was clean and nice. I was put in a room with a single queen bed. When I went back down to show the front desk person my reservation confirmation where it showed multiple beds she said she put me in the room I reserved and wouldn’t even look at the confirmation. She finally put me in a room with 2 beds but did make a point as I was walking away to let me know that was not the room I reserved.

Once again your motel met and exceeded our expectations and provided us with some much needed rest after an exhausting week travelling.
