Overall experience was good however restaurant and bar service was rather limited.

I am grateful we could be accommodated given the last minute booking after our original hotel canceled at the last minute. Bed is too soft for my liking. Room was adequate and we were able to get extra towels very quickly. If you need anything else, you have to go get it yourself. We needed paper cups/ plates and we were told to come down to get it. Breakfast was good but the menu could be expanded, especially for kids. Great shower.

The Hotel was beautiful upon arrival. Welcoming when you walk in. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Just overall a excellent stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Something gross on the curtains. Elevator could have been in better repair or the stairs more accessible, and usable. We had to do one level then cut across on the second floor to the stairs on the other side to get to the fourth floor.

Very much enjoyed the stay at EVEN. I was pleasantly surprised there was exercise equipment in the room (in addition to the fitness center). After checking in, I asked for a different room without it. They said all the rooms had it because it was a wellness hotel. Not sure where I missed that info!
Negatives: The room had no where to sit except an office chair and the bed, even though there was room for at least another chair. The only microwave was on the first floor.

It would be really nice to have microwave in the room versus going downstairs to a room to heat up your food. I would highly recommend having a note pad and pen for your guests

great bedding and pillows, would have been 5 stars overall, but the elevator needed service, noticable delay in doors opening and a bumpy ride.

Room and service was great. Never had a room with a 55 inch TV Only bad thing I would say that there was't a microwave. Also had to add 2 extra nights and it was not a problem

Excellent choice for my business trips to town: good location, abundant parking, great atmosphere, clean and fresh rooms, friendly staff, and happy guests coming and going. Innovative idea to have a portion of my room as a mini-workout area with appropriate equipment provided. I would recommend this hotel to others.

My check in was not great. I was serviced by Jenna and she was rude and dismissive.
She didnt offer a smile of any kind and nor did she make us feel welcome. She made check in confusing and difficult. When i shared i booked on Hotels.com and shared what i expected, she responded with a No, i had to have booked on Expedia. Again I expressed Hotels.com and she went on to say Expedia is the parent company. I dont care omif Disney is the parent company, i booked with Expedia. She also shared i needed to PAY a $75 charge for incidentals. Normally, if u have my card, it can be authorized for incidentals but not CHARGED. I was so completely confused about everything that occured prior to my arrival after meeting Jenna.

The hotel was really nice and for the price, it was a great experience. The only issue I had was with the slightly rude woman who assisted with the check in. Otherwise there were no complaints.

This is an average hotel that's way overpriced, in my opinion. It's close to stores and shopping centers. So, there's no hassle with shopping or dining. However, the customer service is terrible. Upon arrival, I asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste. The employee at the counter (who seemed to be the manager on duty) rolled her eyes, looked into a basic drawer, and said, "No, we don't." She could've been overwhelmed by the amount of people in the lobby, because there was a convention happening next door. Yet, that's not how you treat paying customers. I definitely won't be returning.

My cousin and I stayed for New Year’s Eve and the room was great, service at the bar was slow and the elevator was not in service after we arrived back to our room
from the event held at the Tinley Convention Center. No directions or anyone was at the elevators telling people how to get their rooms. Poor planning by the staff at the hotel since they were aware it would be a busy weekend

What a fantastic property! My room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were gracious and friendly. The restaurant on site was a Godsend since I had no vehicle. This is my second stay at an EVEN property and I hope that IHG will consider building more!

This was our 3rd visit and our stay is always so nice. The elevator was creeky and shaky and the ice maker was not working but overall we had a comfortable visit.

Having a handicapped family member there are no handicap spots out in the front of the hotel. They are over by the resturant or over at the far end of the hotel. The room its self was very large and handicapped friendly.

I was in the area for business and greatly appreciated the location, staff, and amenities of EVEN. It was a brief trip, but the comfort, courtesy, gym facilities, and proximity to restaurants will certainly bring me back during my next trip.

Previous time front desk very warm ! This time front desk trainee told if caught smoking, ( which I don't) there's a 500 dollar fine . What a 20 yo. snot nose kid ! I won't be back.

This was an amazing hotel to stay at for our event at the convention center. It was a short/interior walk directly into the convention center. The hotel was nicely updated and even had workout equipment in the rooms. The breakfast was good, there was ample parking, and the staff was friendly.

We stayed the weekend for a gymnastics meet. The entire staff (especially Barbara!!) was wonderful, helpful, and pleasant. Our room was amazing! We had fitness equipment and a bike. There were filtered water and ice stations to refill our water bottles. Location was convenient to everything.
We will definitely be back!

Facility was beautiful. Really smelled fresh and looked clean. Enjoyed large Workout room. Nice large tv, but not enough space to comfortably use computer on desk. Also, would be nice if had a couch.
