The staff were professional and friendly, the service at the restaurant was efficient and the food arrived quickly and was delicious, overall i felt it was great value.

Central hotel, good rooms, restaurant and bar.

Location was wonderful and in the heart of town. Door was noisy and reported to the front desk. Local area was noisy till late at night on weekends due to proximity to open air pubs and restaurants.

Staff really helpful and knowledgeable when giving advice on the town. Will definitely stay again.

Brilliant staff

I cannot praise this hotel enough. The room was spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The heavy curtains were able to keep the room very dark during the day if desired. The communial areas and lift were also clean and well serviced. The breakfast is buffet style and absolutely banging. All the cooked breakfast components are of high quality and in abundance. The attached bar and restaurant - the depot- has a train station theme and is also very clean, good value for money - a Guinness is €5.30 - the food of a high standard and good size portions. In all a very good 5 night stay run by well trained and pleasant staff who were happy to help with anything we asked about. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Comfortable stay

The staff were very nice and helpful and the room was certainly OK. Having parking so close was fantastic in such a congested city. The food was reasonably good and not super costly. A truly great restaurant the Yellow Pepper--was just up the street. On the downside, almost every American hotel gives you a fridge and microwave, but we had neither and needed to haul huge amounts of ice up to our room from the floor below.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean and tidy Dinner was excellent as was breakfast overall a very enjoyable stay

Safe - easy place. Bathroom smells like smoke, good breakfast and overall good.

Came for a wedding at Letterkenny and it was incredibly convenient, reasonably priced, comfortable room, staff were very accommodating everything my friend and I could have looked for. Could have done with another day or two there rather than returning to the madness of Edinburgh in August…

Breakfast buffet was amazing. Location was great...walkable to shops and restaurants.

Very friendly accommodating staff

Nice hotel, seems to be a "center of activity" for Letterkenny - two dining rooms, bar, music at night. Nice sized room, good bathroom, very clean, though mine was near the elevator, hence a few inconsiderate people quite loud in the middle of the night. If you stay there, don't miss going to Cathedral, very beautiful, and dine at The Lemon Tree (fa-bu-lous!), both within walking distance from the hotel due to its great location.

We stayed in Letterkenny for two nights and loved our visit. The hotel was great. Friendly staff, clean rooms and easy to get to and from places. The free parking was nice! They had trad music playing in the lobby the one night when we came back from dinner and it was fantastic. I don’t know if people think of Letterkenny as a tourist destination, but we loved it and the surrounding area is amazing. We went up to Fanad Head Lighthouse and Glenveagh national park/castle. Highly recommend.

The hotel is quite good facilities and cleanliness wise. We had stayed there once before and after our previous visit we thought it was worth going again. The facilities, room etc were still great this time too but the staff attitude felt a bit curt. Maybe because we didn’t book direct this time?

The room was okay. It was spacious. The bathroom was kind of weird. No closed off shower. The breakfast was good.

Everything was excellent

All staff bar one were very friendly, helpful and and went the extra mile. Rooms good but weather had changed and the whole hotel was too warm, I assume the hotel had just not got to reducing the heating yet. Food good, location good. Keep windows closed at night as lot of street noise

Very well maintained property within walking distance of shopping, food. Very nice on site restaurant and bar with entertainment. Well appointed room. Quietest room we have had while traveling in Ireland ;)

Bathroom shower head very dirty i had to clean it and ask for another duvet but did not get it

Room adequate. Shower area a bit tired and grubby. Breakfast was fine and evening meal very good. Easy to get to and onsite parking a bonus.

We stayed here for one night as we toured Ireland viewing properties. Great location, just a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants and staff super friendly and helpful. Although the hotel can feel a little dated it was really clean and well organised. Car parking at the rear includes a small underground section, but its not got CCTV so I'd use the open air section. Congrats to the staff who obviously care and give 100%+ Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is very clean and tidy , food is good and staff are very friendly and good at their jobs. Overall very happy.
