The location was great , lots of local restaurants and bars and easy access to the Metro
Any problems were easily resolved, communication was great

The location is very good, the apartment is spacious, well furnished and equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable.
it is a former shop just on the street, and one room is located in the basement of that former shop. There are no windows in any of the rooms! Also, the bathtub/shower is not suitable for anyone taller than 1.85 m, as you will hit your head on the ceiling. There is no shower holder, and the shower is already a bit loose.

It had enough beds for our family. The AC is a blessing in this summer. The kitchen is fully equipped of everything that we needed for quick meals. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around the area. Accessibility to public transport is excellent.
The location is not very comfortable. The size of the apartment is quite small and we barely had space for our luggage. The toilet in the master bedroom was very small and there was barely any space to keep your personal items. No hangers in the toilet. The Master bedroom is going down the basement, the stairs to the basement is very small.
