Friendly staff, modern facility
Self-check-in was not easy for me. After several attempts the friendly guy behind the desk helped, while the lineup grew behind me adding to the stress. Honestly this is such a nice hotel that the check in process was my only negative experience, unfortunately that’s the first thing you deal with, which started me out thinking I’d made a mistake. In the end I was happy I stayed here.

Good location and modern bedrooms. It was a good price and functional hotel that we didn’t spend much time in due to sightseeing. We arrived early and they swapped our room to one that was ready to access.
The shower in the bedroom meant that this is only suitable for couples really not friends. We missed having a kettle in the room. The free tea coffee area consisted of a hot water tap and this only reached a good temperature on one occasion. The check in was very impersonal via an iPad with no details given by staff about what was in each floor etc.
