The back porch area was delightful and i loved that there were so many sleeping and lounging options along with 2 bathrooms! Will be using again!

Perfect location, easy drive to downtown Bristol and nearby towns. We enjoyed watching a baseball game Saturday afternoon, only recommendation would be a mirror added to the second bedroom to help with getting ready etc . Would stay again!

This was the cleanest house I have ever stayed in through VRBO! 5 of us took my mom for an overnight trip for her birthday and no one had any issues with the house. Chad is absolutely the greatest host to work with! I would definitely stay here again.

While not on a busy street, property is on the corner of a fairly steep incline so there is some road/engine noise -- nothing a white noise machine/phone app can't handle. Will be back in a month for my return trip from MS to MA!

We were told one thing was ok and then got a call from the other owner who periodically drives by the property that it wasn’t ok. Which was frustrating. Other than that the house was great!

The house was beautiful and welcoming. I was super pleased to see a Christmas tree already up. I had inquired about bringing a small one for my 6 year old. Everything was easy to use, and I loved the at home feeling you get as soon as you walk in to the place. The back deck was especially nice. The house was beautiful and welcoming. I was super pleased to see a Christmas tree already up. I had inquired about bringing a small one for my 6 year old. This is our second stay here. It is prefect when we need to visit my ailing aunt. The house is always perfectly prepared. A very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Thank You for letting us use your house.

Blackbird Bakery on the Fly is around the corner, grocery store across the street, and many food options as you turn off Euclid Ave. The bonus had to be the little bar built into the back deck so we could watch the local minor league team play baseball. Interior was clean and decorated in a manner that felt very calm and relaxing. Just the escape I needed to catch up with friends and attend a family event at Steele Creek park just down the road.

We weren’t there much in the daytime but it was like home when we were there. Thank you very much for the coffee. We forgot ours. I enjoyed the Stateliners game Wednesday night. We hope it is available when we need to go back to Bristol. Thank you very much again.

The place was clean and nice. Had everything we needed. The owner is easy to interact with. The back deck overlooks a ball field and we got to eat dinner watching a game. Great stay. Oh and the beds are amazing!!

My husband and I booked this property for 4 days. We were extremely pleased with it! The house is super cute. Everything was clean and the amenities were very helpful. We will definitely stay here again! Location is close to many good restaurants and a new Food City.

Chad was very accommodating to us during our stay. He even offered to add a TV in the bedroom since my wife sleeps with the TV on! I would recommend as an affordable, comfortable vacation choice.
