Clean, cute, but pretty small room. Great location for a 20-30 minute walk into central Edinburgh with many shops and restaurants along the way. Unfortunately, during our stay both the toilet flushing handle broke and the sink starting leaking water all over the floor every time we turned it on.

My stay here was SUPERB. The room felt clean and very pleasant to stay in, and the manager was so kind in letting me check in early. A shout-out to the cleaner who was there when I arrived as well, who was kind enough to help let me in and even carried my bag upstairs for me - that was so appreciated :) Best accommodation I’ve stayed in for a long time!

Parking near bus stop. Fab building really big room with high ceilings.

Excellent value for money. It is not easy to find accomodation with a good location in Edinburgh which is not too expensive but this managed to do that.
