We had a wonderful time at the property. The villa is superb and has all the facilities you could need. Angela and Mario were exceptional in answering any queries, resolving minor issues quickly, and offering helpful advice on places to visit and things to see. They really couldn’t have done more for us.Our only disappointment on arrival was that the location was not described accurately on Vrbo. The map pin showed the villa on the edge of town and the description stated it was a five-minute walk to the beach. As my wife and I are both over 70, one of our main booking criteria was being able to walk easily into town and down to the beach. Unfortunately, this was not the case.Thankfully, we had hired a car, so we didn’t let it spoil our holiday. In fact, the quieter location outside the town, combined with the spectacular views, more than made up for it, and we soon adjusted our plans accordingly. I have mentioned this to the owner and hopefully, by the time you read this, the Vrbo listing will have been corrected.

Beautiful property. Great pool and fantastic value. Balesrate bit of a suburb. Nice beach but not much to do there. With a car you can get to some wonderful places. Great communication via WhatsApp with proprietor,though be ready translate which is no problem these days. Would definitely return. Thank you Angela!

We just came back from 2 weeks stay in this perfect Villa. The villa has everything you need including pool for personal use, kitchen, washing machine, WiFi. It was perfect clean when we arrived and mostly daily Pepe came to clean the pool. It’s in walking distance from Balestrate, but easier to get there by car as it’s bit up the hill located. From the terrace you have a wonderful view and the communication with the owner was perfect. We loved to be there.
