Our recent stay at the Blake in Taos Ski Valley was nothing short of exceptional. Kudos to the whole team for their amazing service and hospitality. We arrived very early and while our room wasn’t quite ready, they brought us directly to the ski valet so we could get right on the mountain. I can’t emphasize how amazing the staff was. The room was incredible and had a balcony with a beautiful Mountain View. I’m pretty sure we reserved most basic room and it went above our expectations. It was huge with a giant bathroom, sitting area, and closet. The most important thing for me was that the room was quiet and it sure was. It almost seemed soundproofed and we heard no noise from above us or surrounding rooms. We slept great and it was a luxury to be ski-in and out. I loved the small touches like the water pitchers in the rooms and the water bottle fillers in the hallway. There are a couple of awesome hot tubs and a great sized gym. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will look forward to staying here again. Thank you so much for making my 30th birthday trip so incredible.

Check in, parking valet, additional requests handeled quickly, efficiently and with a smile. Glass liter decanters provided to fill with water from filter dispensers in hallway. Ski valet service quick and easy. Bed very comfortable and sheets soft. Only thing is the pine scented lotion was too strong and made me sneeze.

Perfect stay for our short ski trip.
Yes it is expensive but you do not have to drive, you do not have to carry your or kids’ ski gear and you are less than 30 second walk to the slopes.
Do not forget your swimsuit as they have a heated pool. There is a nice gym and a more than decent restaurant on site.

We loved the location. The staff was top notch in every area of the hotel. Our room was lovely and exquisitely comfortable.
The only downside was the hotel restaurant. The service was fine but the food was pretty mediocre.

This property is amazing. The staff exceeded expectations on all levels. If other hotels and restaurants could deliver to 50 percent as good as The Blake Hotel the world would be a better place. We will be back.

This was our second time staying at The Blake. Everyone is so incredibly nice. The only thing I dislike is that because we say "you don't have to change our linens everyday" housekeeping never sets foot in the room.

It was a great experience to stay in the Blake at Taos Ski Valley, the place was very comfortable, clean and well located. Service was nice, the staff was very kind. Everything was good, definitely we return.

Being hillside at the Blake felt like a luxury. A new facility with the most fantastic staff. The Blake helped make our stay at Taos truly memorable (a couple inches off fresh pow helped too!)

The property is so nice and room was very comfortable. Amenities were a bit out of service like the hot tub and pool was not at proper temperature. Nonetheless, Evan tried to offset a few charges for us.

Stayed here for 2 nights in July. Beautiful hotel- can only imagine with all the snow! However, summer was lovely- crisp air, spacious hotel room, super large bathroom. Short drive to great hiking trails. Hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

LOVED The Blake!!!! Loved the water stations throughout the entire hotel. The hotel restaurant was delicious. Hot tub, pool and workout facilities were awesome! All you have to do is text the staff and they will help with whatever you need. Will definitely stay again! Only thing that would make it better is to offer complimentary breakfast. There wasn’t a kitchen so having to eat out for every single meal was expensive. And during the summer, most everything closes by 4 so the hotel restaurant was the only option most nights unless we wanted to drive 40 minutes into town.

Taos Ski Valley is like what skiing used to be! The Blake fits in nicely to the overall vibe with friendly staff, good restaurant, and only a few steps from the slopes.

A special experience being able to stay at The Blake while taking advantage of everything the Toas Ski Valley has to offer. Clean, modern rooms. Gym and pool / hot tub area very nice. Staff very friendly. On site ski services are amazing as well.

The Blake is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well layer out.
The only disappointing element is the restaurant. A hotel of The Blake’s quality should have a much better restaurant that caters to a wider range of taste.

The integration of the Taos Air (JSX) with the Blake is amazing. The customer service of both providers is beyond excellent. This was the best experience that my family had ever had!

Absolutely awesome experience if you're coming to board or ski in Taos. We dig the Taos Air/JSX flight from LA, hopped right onto the shuttle to the hotel. They had our room ready by noon & we were on the slopes by 2p our first day there. Everything is right at your fingertips so we spent less time in transit, parking, on the road, looking for places to eat, etc. We spent more but for a 3-day trip it was worth it.

Exceptional service and a truly beautiful hotel in both the decor and setting! The rooms are large and well designed and The Blake continues to be one of our all time favorite hotels! Not to mention the Taos Ski Valley is just stunning!

We stayed at the Blake this weekend and it was another delightful experience.
For us, the friendliness of the staff coupled with the quiet and understated luxury feel of the hotel is an award-winning combination. We deeply appreciate the attention to sustainability that the place exhibits throughout from the wooden door keys to the water station dispersed throughout the place. This time, we stayed in a King room overseeing the mountain. The room was spacious and the bedding was very comfortable.
The Blake also always makes our dog feel very welcome and that's another big plus for us.
While dining options in the Ski valley in the summer are scarce, you are only 15-20 minutes away from several good options in Secco or El Prado.
If you are planning a trip to New Mexico, we would absolutely recommend for you to stop at the Blake and fully enjoy the spirit of the Taos Ski valley.

Great, quiet place for a summer offseason get away. Amazing pool and hot tub. The ski valley is amazing and relaxing in the summer, except for the horrible stupid music the ski valley plays all afternoon. Please stop blasting stupid music and let people enjoy the mountains and nature. Thank you!
