One night stay to catch one early flight.

Excellent front desk staff. Amazing housekeeping army is keeping this very busy hotel tip top. A lot of people having travel issues were staying here and they had excellent free amenities for use. No charge to use the laundry and a great food truck outside.

I have stayed here multiple times because its so close to the airport and the food truck's offer dinner without having to grab a lyft and go find something. The food trucks was a genius idea and was delicious. The shuttle service for both the airport and cruise port are amazing!

Hotel is clean and comfortable. The location isn’t the greatest. It’s on the outside of the airport very few restaurant options or store options and not conveniently located.

Booked two queen beds and ended only getting two twins so not happy with that and then the bathroom floor had floor rot on it. Other then that I would say hotel was nice overall

Expedia recommended this property. Their airport shuttle service stopped before we could get there from the airport. If we had been notified we could have made other arrangements. We waited 30 minutes and then found a cab. While we waited many other hotel shuttles came by.

Be careful when asking for assistance with uber. We ended up with a luxury taxi costing us over $50 for one way to Midtown mall

Front desk never answers the phone. We couldnt get in touch for the hotel shuttle, the tv didnt work and the front desk never answered the phone to fix the tv. Frankly horrendous service especially considering what they charge per night. " never again"

Waited over 1 hr for shuttle and try and call number you gave us and goes to automated reservations.
We had a reservation and stranded at airport.
Called 800 number and finally got shuttle.
Room not ready and no food so had to walk 1/2 mile with HC lady and no wheel chair

The shuttle service was great. Our driver, Oscar, was very personable, handled all of our many pieces of luggage, and was a pleasure after a long day in travel status. Check in was smooth - we got our onwsrd cruise shuttle booked at check-in for the next day. Convenience market in lobby was well-stocked Delicious foodtruck right outside as well. Room was large, clean, very comfortable. Great experience so far. Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow.

I booked this hotel for its close proximity to the airport. It is a very clean hotel with very friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

The property itself was great. Very clean, staff friendly. Breakfast and shuttle available. The issue during my experience was understanding how to get into the property as there is no clear wayfinding/signage from the roadway or clear directions along the ground that can guide someone driving into the property.

A shuttle is provided from the airport to hotel and for cruise port if you want. The cruise shuttle is $12 per person but it’s cheaper to take an Uber it was $23 for all of us. The shuttle was free from the airport. Hotel staff are nice the room was clean and breakfast was good no complaints

Likes: clean, bathroom, clean linens, Decent breakfast.
Dislikes: micro wave that kept beeping in the middle of the night, regardless of settings. I did not rip it out of the wall, but that is the only thing that would’ve fixed it. Carpets in the halls, and in the rooms were dirty and needed vacuuming. I love the Hampton brand, But this one didn’t measure up. Airport shuttle was spotty. It required calls to the front desk to get response.

The room was not upgraded well. Paint over site and rust with seal over it. Half of the gym equipment did not work. Staff was great but facility was not properly renovated.

We just checked in so I don’t have much info for a proper review but it was nice to have a complimentary shuttle from the airport. The wait time can take up to 20 min but you get to save 16-20 bucks.

Room keys worked once then stopped. Reset keys still worked once. Food trucks in parking lot?!? Multi-day parking was supposed to be charged and was not…we corrected with staff. Staff was very nice but seemed young and inexperienced. Elevator lights for floors did not light to let you know your selection was enabled. Room conditions were clean, well-stocked and excellent.

The hotel was clean and well cared for. We had tried to reserve the shuttle to the cruise port a day prior to our arrival, but were told we could not do that until we checked in. When we checked in We were told the shuttles were sold out. We ended up taking a cab (which the young lady at the front desk was kind enough to call and reserve for us). On the whole, it was a nice hotel with nice staff, but we chose it for the shuttle which didn't work out for us.
On the plus side, there were some gluten free options in the breakfast area, which is unusual to find and greatly appreciated in a family where multiple people have Celiac.
The only thing that kept this from being fully five star was the cruise shuttle issue, but they were helpful to find us a taxi and it ended up costing us not too much more than the shuttle would have.
