Convenient space, close to metro station. City very accessible although we had a driver for the first few days. Clean & has all the necessities, go for bigger rooms if you have the choice.
Allowed us to check out slightly late, very nice receptionists who also spoke English well. Not one for luxury but super convenient and well put together.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel H21. Before booking, I was a little nervous because it was my first time staying here, but the excellent service quickly put us at ease. The 24-hour reception was outstanding, and John, who was working the overnight shifts, was especially friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and was always happy to assist with anything we needed. The staff even helped us bring our luggage inside.
Our room was more spacious than we expected, and when we requested a kettle, cups, plates, and tea, everything was provided without any hesitation. The air conditioning worked excellently throughout the July heat, making our stay very comfortable.
Overall, the hospitality exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
