Location is 10. Room clean but basic- no fridge for example. It basically 3 apartments is a small residential building which were converted into a guest house.

Loved this hotel! Perfect location!!! Walk to all the sights, bustling neighborhood with tons of shops, bars, and great restaurants. The staff was super helpful in recommending which restaurants to choose and they were all great. We didn't get breakfast included but did eat at the cafe the hotel has an agreement with and it was fabulous. We tried other breakfast places nearby too and they were all great. It's the perfect base to explore Rome from. The only reason I can think of not to choose this hotel is if you are looking for quiet. We loved it and will definitely stay there again!

The hotel is centrally located which makes it an excellent base to explore Rome.
The staff were extremely helpful and check in was swift with some great advice from staff.
Would certainly recommend this accommodation for a trip to Rome .
The area around the hotel has great atmosphere with some excellent bars and restaurants.
