Incredible tours and a fantastic private driver — arranged without a second thought. When a national train strike threatened to derail our journey to Venice, he stepped in immediately: got our tickets fully refunded and had a car booked before we could even stress about it.And to top it all off? When my kids left a few things behind, he tracked down every item and shipped them back to us in the US. That kind of care and follow-through is almost unheard of. Enjoyed a fantastic stay in Rome at this lovely apartment. Perfect location near shopping and dining and all of the sights. Guiseppe was an incredible host.
