The location was perfect for our weekend around the Toccoa River! At the ‘campground’ there is a pond and creek for fishing, which was a huge plus for us! If you are a light sleeper, beware that the downstairs mattress is veryyy squeaky. Also, we never quite figured out how to work the AC. If you go in the summer, be sure to figure that out as soon as you check in. It wasn’t a big deal for us as the weather was pleasant and we just opened the windows while sleeping. Great communication and exactly what you see in the listing is what you get. For the price point, it is worth visiting!

Right at the front of the entrance to the property. It is a wonderful little home with just enough space if you are planning to be busy, busy, which we always are when in the area.
There were children in the area, everyone was courteous while driving in and out of the front gate. It felt like such a safe environment. The code lock to get in was simple and perfect for coming and going and getting in later in the evening on the Friday that we arrived.
We stayed with 4 adults and a 3 year old.
Contacting the host was simple to do and she was very courteous. I would recommend this stay for someone who doesn't need a lot of space as a tiny home is perfect! Will be using this location again in the future!
