Wonderful time and great location! The only thing that presented as a problem was the upstairs air conditioning. It wasn’t fabulous. It didn’t always cool off the ceiling fans did help.

Loved our stay in the tree house! Great location and the house was perfect. Only reason for four star review is that we had a ton of issues with golf carts. Had to get them replaced twice. Joe was helpful but was still frustrating at times and a bit time consuming. Overall I would recommend this property!

Great location, super home. Loved the week, and even enjoyed raining days on the screened porches. Would love to stay again.

We stayed for just 3 nights, but it was well worth it! Great home in Surfman's Walk, well-appointed with comfortable furniture throughout!
Clean, nicely decorated and it felt like home! We loved the 2 porches, coffee in the morning on the front, glass of wine in the evening on the back. An added plus is the nice walking trail that runs around the back of all the houses in the neighborhood!
Absolutely loved it and had a great time! Highly recommend it for couples or large groups since it has plenty of beds.

Perfect rental for our family of 5! (Includes our golden doodle). The home was clean and a great location! Came with two golf carts which was perfect . We had a a great week!

Emily was an amazing host. She was very helpful and accommodating. The home was cozy and clean. We had a very memorable vacation!

Beautifully appointed home with two screened porches, one with rocking chairs and the other with a comfortable, L-shaped sofa and dining table. The house is surrounded by trees. We enjoyed our stay.
