Bellissimo cottage 4 stagioni situato in una tranquilla baia privata del maestoso Lac-Simon.
Questa è la casa vacanza ideale per famiglie, situata su 150 piedi di spiaggia sabbiosa. La casa è circondata da una suggestiva terrazza di 2000 piedi quadrati con vista libera sul lago e magnifici tramonti.
All'interno ci sono 4 camere da letto e tre bagni completi per ospitare 10 persone. L'area di soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina a pianta aperta al piano superiore presenta un soffitto a cattedrale, un camino e ampie viste sul lago. La grande famiglia al piano inferiore e la sala ricreativa offrono una grande area giochi per bambini grandi e piccoli.

We spent a week in the winter with 3 teenagers and 2 pre-teens and it was just the perfect chalet for both kids and adults to have both a relaxing and fun time. The kids spent hours palying ping pong, air hockey, table football, cards, board games and more downstairs while the adults were upstairs reading, spotting brids (trying to!) and preparing meals or just simply enjoying the view.
You'll find everything you need to make any type of meals. The kitchen is very spacious too.
The house is super clean, the bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the house is well heated throughout.
The little slope in the front of the house is ideal for sledding. The nearby Centre Touristique SEPAQ is perfect for walks.
Our host was extremely responsive.
Everyone already wants to go back!

A wonderful home with its own private, fine sand beach on beautiful Lac Simon. The expansive deck is well designed to enjoy the view, the sunrise and the sunset. The house is lovely, tastefully furnished, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Even the beach towels are provided. We enjoyed a refreshing swim first thing every morning before breakfast, and sipped our apéro on the beach or the deck, admiring the sunset every evening.
The host is very friendly, responsive, reliable and responsible.
We would love to have a chance to stay here again in the future.

Everything was perfect! The house is immaculate and family friendly at the same time. The owner was also very responsive to any questions we had. Would love to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The home is very comfortable and welcoming, with everything you may need. The location is remote and quiet with a beautiful sandy beach. We’ll definitely come back for a longer stay next time.
