Апартаменты комфортные, уютные и идеально расположены. Это место особенно подойдёт тем, кто хочет не только насладиться морем, но и почувствовать подлинную атмосферу города с многовековой историей, его узкими улочками, архитектурой и неповторимым очарованием. Расположение отличное: магазины, булочные, кафе и рестораны находятся всего в нескольких шагах, благодаря чему во время отдыха легко разнообразить прогулки и питание. Пляжи также расположены совсем рядом, до них можно дойти пешком, что является большим преимуществом. Сервис был превосходным. Mohamed всегда был на связи, быстро отвечал и был готов найти решение по любому нашему вопросу. Мы искренне благодарим его за гостеприимство, доброжелательность и профессионализм. Благодаря его вниманию наш отдых был спокойным, приятным и прекрасно организованным.

Существенных недостатков для нас не было.

The location of the apartment in the Old Town was perfect, lots of small restuarants, bars, coffee shops close by. Apartment was very clean, air conditioning in every room made the hot weather very comfortable. Our contact Mohamed was very attentive, frequent communication and always willing to help with anything during the stay.

The only worry and it is a minor one is the stairs upto the apartment are very steep, not suitable for an elderly relative or very young child. Otherwise the apartment was perfect.

Location was great. Very close to the big parking in the center and also very close to the beach and the restaurants near the marina. The aprtament itself was kind of small, but that is the case for most buildings in the Suquet area. Still, we had enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids. One big thumbs up - there are AC in every single bedroom and one in the hall. They where fantastic, especially when outside was like 35 Celsius. We loved the balcony on the second floor. Sure, the view is not special, but you could feel the vibe of the Cannes. Overall, the apartament was everything we hoped for and we would love to come again.

There where 2 things we didn`t like: - the strairs are awful. I understand they are narrow, but you can still make them beautiful with some paint and some work. The cables that came out of the walls, the old boxes and the big door are very ugly and it`s a shame cause they can be fixed with ease. - the bed linens were not ironed and looked like they where not washed properly. They need to do better when it comes to this issue.

The apartment is fairly basic and more suitable for 3 people, which we had, than 8 when the living space would be crowded. The location was good to get to the harbour (we were racing a sailboat) but it is very noisy at night with the bar two doors down open and very noisy until 2.30 am!

See above. The noise at night was bad. Also it has a steep fairly narrow staircase to get to the apartment.
