Breakfast was great!
We were across from the elevator and a couple times it was noisy when trying to sleep.

breakfast was very good, lots of choices. food was hot and fresh.
the furniture was at least 30 years old. we couldn't sit on the couch it was so uncomfortable. the table had 2 broken legs and moved as we tried to eat our dinner. using a little sanitizer on the floor wouldn't hurt, it just looked dirty.

Close to the ocean.
Room could have been cleaner. The bathtub didn’t drain properly so the tub filled with water as you showered. Toilet didn’t flush properly.
