Amazing location and extremely clean property! The host was helpful, and the whole process of check-in went smoothly. The apartment is brand new and very comfortable. Definitely the best choice in the city centre!

the apartment is located in the very heart of Old Town Zadar, it is very modern and freshly renovated. WiFi works well with stable 20 mbps. The TV supports chromecast, which is great for the relaxed evenings. All necessary kitchen stuff is there, including coffee, dishes, cooker, microwave and so on. Vlad is the best host I‘ve ever had, although I travel a lot. His response time was hardly even 5 minutes, he recommended a lot to do around zadar and could help with all the requests we had. There is a laundry in the same building, literally next door, a lot of dining options and all Zadar sights within 5 minutes on foot. There are a lot of parking possibilities around, although paid, but not more than €4 a day. All in all, great apartment, especially for the money and the best host you’ll ever experience.

the water boiler was malfunctioning on the first day, but Vlad reacted rapidly and changed it himself within hours, therefore no minus point for it.

It was excellent, great location, very clean, spacious, all you need. Vlado was very helpful with info about Zadar and attractions. It was the best city break I had till now!

about the property , everything was great. the only things was the other guest who left the ap during the night and made a lot of noise. but nothing to do with the accommodation.

The accommodation is in the center of Zadar with a really nice view. The owner of the accomodation is really nice and helped us with everything we needed. Totally recommend it!

Everything was perfect, whatever you needed for the stay was available in the room. we wanted an iron so we were given one which was nice. Valdo was very welcoming and accommodating, always available on the phone or a call whenever I had any questions or needed anything. location was perfect we were right in middle of old town to very central, 2-5min walk from the Sea organs and other point of interest. Only Tip I will give, try having a quick shower as the hot water runs out after 15-20mins, I usually take long so for those who love their shower need to be quick but this is not a problem or an issue it’s just a tip 😁

there was nothing not to like. it was just like having your own little studio apartment with everything perfect in it. Maybe you could ask for more pillows as the pillows were quite flat but we were fine.

Very informative owner who delivered all necessary information the day before we arrived. The room was very nice and big enough. Great location just on the edge of the old town, near some nice bars/restaurants.

Hot water doesn't last long so be quick. I had one cold shower and half a cold shower, but funnily enough I quite enjoyed the second one.

I loved the decor, the position & the space...very nicely appointed The host was readily available by Whats App all the time, if I had any questions

The towels smelt strongly of cigarette smoke... most western tourists do not smoke & find that stale smell highly offensive. The bed was very hard...too hard for me The air con was in the living room, & not in the bedroom for evening cooling in a hot summer. ceiling fan would have assisted, but this was not installed to take advantage of moving summer air.

The Apt is located right in the pittoresque old town of Zadar. We stayed with our family, and everything was perfect. Parking is available in the street close by for a small fee. We had Apt 3, which has its windows to a little square with a bar with music. Nice view and perfect location to go out while kids sleep already. Self checkin with code was convenient.

Perfect location, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very pretty. It was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The communication with the owner was absolutely fluent. He was very helpful and he replied our messages immediately.

Since there is a bar on the square, the music from there could be heared when the windows were open.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, right in the old town with a lovely bar/restaurant just outside. This does mean it can get a little noisy at night but this was fine with us as the location is so central (no expensive taxi fares). The apartment itself was clean and well set out for every amenity. Vladimir was absolutely lovely and such a great host - he even arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport at our request which was so appreciated given we arrived late with little ones. The self check in procedure is simple and easy to use. Will recommend to everyone.

This apartment is fantastic, flawless, modern and has all the facilities you would need. The room is absolutely immaculate​ and ​the location is ​perfect. Could not have been better. There is even a self-service laundry next door.​ ​Also a very easy process with the key. But what you do not know yet is that Sites of Zadar has a superb host​. Vladimir is an incredible person​, that kind of person that makes your day better. ​​Though we have never met​, ​somehow he was always present, always there to help​.​ ​Need to book a trip to Plitvice or want something special​, anything you need​ ​talk with Vladimir​. ​Zadar is his "playground" as he likes to say. ​He will make sure you will have a great experience. ​He helped me a great deal with ​the ​Plitvice Lakes ​trip ​and even sent me an umbrella in case of rain.​ ​Zadar is a special place and a beautiful city and your experience is going to get much better with Sites of Zadar, that is for sure. This is an experience that you definitely recommend to your friends. Wonderful!

Perfect location in the old city.

My room was delightfully situated in a nicely refurbished old building in centre of Old Town. There was a pleasant view from the window of terracotta tiled roof and the room was freshly decorated and immaculate.
