Lovely two bed property. Super close to everything (that’s Seaford for you I guess lol). Had everything me and my old dear needed there for our stay. Everything in there is to a high standard. I’ll be back

Comfortable cottage in a central location.
Some appliance instructions were missing eg oven and tv

location, near to train station and shops and restaurants.
Whilst sitting in the lovely garden there is a car company that we’re cleaning cars and you could feel the spray whilst sitting in the garden, overwise all was great.

modern, comfortable and fairly clean, nice layout, well looked after, lovely bathroom, nice bedrooms.
bathroom has a rainfall shower AS WELL AS a lovely deep bath
parking wasn’t actually too much of an issue, street is very narrow, so anything other than a car will struggle but plenty if street parking on a quiet road. unfortunately the bathroom draws by sink weren’t cleaned, and it says a sofabed is available which we asked for but this was not provided so had to sleep on small sofa but really thats all i can fault

Beautifully and Immaculate presented house on a quiet street. Attention to detail throughout impeccable. Sadly due to weather couldn't use the court yard but was a pleasure to look at and envy its usage in the summer. Perfectly located property with easy access to all areas. Will be recommending to other family members who have to visit like us often. A VERY RARE FIND. THANK-YOU

Great location very close to the train station and town centre. The house was very clean and has everything you need for a short stay (or long stay actually).
Easy check in and check out so will definitely use again.
The street lights are minimal which may put others off.
