This is the bunkhouse model so it can sleep two youngsters comfortably in addition to the Queen size bed and convertible dinette in the slide out. Brand new purchase in August of 2022. Includes four bath towels, bedding (Sheet sets, comforters, pillows, 3 sleeping bags), basic cooking utensils and dishes as well as stocked with paper plates, plasticware, paper towels, zip lock bags, aluminum foil and most importantly....RV friendly toilet paper. This IS the PNW so...possibly the Keurig Mini may be the most important? I provide 9 k-cups but do not provide anything other than coffee, a way to make it and cups to consume it in so keep that in mind while you're packing up for the trip! Don't forget the corn hole set, frisbee, footballs and games that come included. Mosquitos? What mosquitos? Set up and enjoy insect free lounging or outdoor dining under the 10'x10' included screen tent. You won't find a more sanitized camper, hotel room, rental or home for that matter. Benefits of a germaphobe owner! This is the baja off road edition which comes with an enclosed underbelly. Winter trips ARE indeed possible in this fully self-contained unit. It was specifically purchased for the occasional overnight at Stevens Pass or Mt. Baker ski areas. Winter camping does come with unique do's & not to-dos to avoid freezing up...but it's still awesome! It is smaller in size and not designed for long term, indoor use, but still has all the comfortable amenities you would ever need if you got caught out in rainy weather on your trip. There is a built-in stereo system however, there is no Television. This model does come equipped with solar power installed should it be needed and an upgraded battery set up to get more longevity during your off-grid adventures. Did I mention the included upon request, extra quiet 3500W generator that mounts to the front of the trailer and has remote start? You don't even have to leave the trailer to get your power on while boondocking? We also prefer to do all cooking outside and provide a 28" propane Blackstone griddle to use under the awning with a separate 20 lb propane tank. There is also a portable propane campfire included as these are your way around burn bans! So YES, you will have those s'mores! Just don't forget the fixin's. Note: Propane tanks and generator, if used, will be topped off prior to rental and refilled upon return. I will charge you only the exact amount it costs to refill at the end of your rental if over $10.
