Location. Inexpensive
Smells like cigarettes outside the elevator. The receptionist was taking smoke breaks and was often not at the front desk. The key cards barely worked the beds slide on there foundation and are not very comfortable. Thin walls so I hear lots of noise from occupants and traffic.

The price was great and the location was a 5 minute drive to places to eat and a few bars.
The bathroom was dirty. There were pubic hairs and regular hairs on the toilet, mold in the shower and what looked like dried puke on the floor. The stove top was greasy.

The room was quite clean. Liked that there was no carpet.
I am not confident when staff is behind a glass at check-in. Our room had been left open. Beds squeaked every time you moved. The furniture was in need of TLC. No amenities at all in kitchenette unless you rented some kitchen ware. Office was closed at checkout. Left key cards in room. Still haven’t received our receipt via email as requested.

Small queen size bed,, and in room 209, the exualt fan in the bathroom was too loud.

That it was pet friendly
Had to wait on staff for 20 min to check in. Rooms not ready by check in time. No early or late check in or out. DIRTY. Had to go get cleaning products to clean room myself. Entire build had a bad Oder. Beds very uncomfortable! A sad seat!!

it was great
we arrived after hours and it took us a half an hour to get through to someone to check us in. but she was nice. it was just frustrating cuz we needed to get up early. when I had called earlier to say we’d be arriving super late, it would have been nice to have the after hours procedure explained ahead of time.
also, the provided blankets werepretty thin. it could have been a little warmer.

There isn't any breakfast. Location is decent. Check in was easy. Room is fairly clean-cooking area could use extra attention. Sheets and bathroom, clean bed is comfortable.except for road noise it is quiet.
This definitely is NOT nonsmoking. The room, especially the bathroom reeks of smoke. Had to open the window. There is not a coffee pot.
