Spacious room with bedroom and kitchen. Long swimming pool. There's kiddie pool also. Next to gym. Large parking space. Good breakfast spread and value for money. There's hypermart at basement and carwash too. Friendly and helpful staff.
No hairdryer and iron. No spoons to stir coffee.

Food was insane,
Room is really big, clean and comfortable,
Staff is super friendly,
and the GYM offers most of necessary things you need (could be a little more)
I wouldn't recommend the Massage (massage table, environment, relaxation)
A lot of mosque in Surabaya - especially at the pool noticable

Surrounded by KFC and stuff

Good business hotel. Room is comfortable. Coffee powder could have been better than Nescafé. Food is good at the café. Good massage.

The mall seems to be mostly closed, a bit disappointed. Also didn’t expect the massager to ask for tips on top of the marketed fee.

The woman receptionists upon check in. No smile, and unhelpful if I am not wrong they were Putri and Fitri.

Spacious room 👍🏻 This is the 2nd time we stay in Midtown. Such a friendly and polite staff, we get connecting room and it was spacious and comfortable. Mini kitchen equipped with stove and utensils is the plus for our family. Reccomended 👍🏻

The room are spacious, lot of space and shelves to store our shopping stuff, it is twice the size of any hotels in their class. The amenities are complete, and the bed are very comfy. I also like the big window.
It used to be very close to a mall, but now the mall was empty, lot of tenant are closed.

a lot of outside noice from cars and trucks, it was really hard to sleep. The room was old and lacked renovation. Food was not good either

spacious room. Quick response of the staff and friendly.
Find some bugs in one room only. It seems that this room has never been used for longer period than others as the others rooms were quite clean.
A/C was taking longer time to cool down the room.

The team is exceptional! Asked for a special request for the birthday of my girlfriend and the whole crew outdid themselves. So much appreciated.

Very noisy room as we could hear the 24 hour prayer from the surround enviroment

The room was very nice and very comfortable bed
because the hotel was next to moske we could hear the prayer 24/7 also at night and early in the morning… we had cockroaches in our bathroom and the breakfast was very bad…
