Apartamento excelente, localização perfeita, silencioso, muito confortável e a jacuzzi é sensacional. Staff sempre respondendo de imediato e garantindo a estadia perfeita.

We had a great time at Ilya apartment. The house is new, sparkling clean, with modern decoration in Cycladic style, with natural lighting, peace and quiet. Everything we wanted for our everyday needs was there! The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped and we loved sharing family time, preparing small meals and enjoying them all together at the dinning area. Just 2 minutes walk from the beach, we didn't have to wear our shoes on! Our hosts were excellent, always willing to provide information and extra services like custom-made breakfast with local products or transportation to the airport. Thank you so much "The Nine Graces" for the memorable getaway. We’re coming back and we’ll definetly recomending it to our friends!

The apartment is attractive and reasonably well-equipped, with a great location close to the beach, tavernas, and shops.

Unfortunately, the lack of soundproofing—despite claims online—is disappointing and misleading. Unfortunately we were frequently woken by noise from the neighbouring laundry room or the apartment above: furniture scraping, things dropping, walking up and down the exterior stairs, and talking. When we raised this, the property rep simply said they hadn’t heard complaints before, unhelpful, especially since peace and quiet was a key reason we chose this accommodation to escape a noisy city. The inner courtyard, shown attractively in photos, was used mainly for drying clothes. The images are cropped to hide the view into a neighbouring laundry room, which was noisy and lacked privacy, making it uncomfortable to use the hammock. The outdoor seating area (terrace, no jacuzzi) is pleasant, though we only used it once. Don’t expect scenic views, it overlooks an road, and apartments across the way. WiFi was very slow and needed restarting daily. Check-in info didn’t clearly mention if a weekly clean or linen change was included, we only found a price list for extras. Thankfully, a basic clean was provided after a week. Given all of this, the property didn’t offer good value for money. I would have felt the price was fair if the apartment had truly been soundproofed and the courtyard space usable.
