Great location. Almost everything was fine, some persons of staff tried to fulfill our needs.
Good communication with reception desk on site.
It is very uncomfortable to pay 50% of price in advance in indian ruppee and it means to send it through bank transfer. The hotel doesn't take credit cards.
Also communication was difficult. We wanted to change one room before our arrival (double room for double room with sea view) and it was not possible without cancellation of whole reservation (5 rooms).
Some indian staff was very lazy (looking to mobile phone instead of cleaning the room) and we had to wait before it was possible to accommodate.

Le studio avec balcon est vraiment agréable, la déco super sympa. Pour chipoter il manque vraiment un balon d’eau potable. Il y en a ds tous les autres endroits c bizarre qu’il n’y en ait pas ici

Mir hat am besten die zentrale Lage des Hotels gefallen. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Betten gemütlich. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in Goa.
Sehr simpel gehalten. Mir hat einiges gefehlt, wie zum Beispiel Haartrockner oder Kleiderbügel. Aber das war bei 2 Sternen zu erwarten.

Чистая комната, достаточно места для вещей, 2 минуты до моря пешком, рабочий чайник в номере, кухня на крыше с плитой, холодильником и посудой. Для бронирования комнаты мы отправляли предоплату на российскую карту менеджера Татьяны, эти деньги полностью вернули на карту РФ в тот же день, после оплаты проживания на месте.
Комары и другие насекомые с улицы проникали в комнату, хотелось бы какую-то обработку от них.

Perfect location and Sumit and Dinesh were really hospitable. I can proudly now call them my friends and will always hit them up when I’m in Mandrem. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Очень классное расположение, до океана 5 минут. Ночью не шумно, комфортно спать! В номере все есть, горячая вода всегда была, полотенца. Мне было уютно. Очень дружелюбный персонал, по всем вопросом помогали, помогли с такси до аэропорта (от аэропорта Даболима до пляжа Мандрем стоит 2000 рупий днем, ночной тариф 2800). Переводила предоплату за номер 50 процентов от стоимости, сразу прислали подтверждение о закреплении номера за мной и внесенной предоплате

Прекрасное расположение, тихое место, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, особенно Татьяна. Всё расскажет, объяснит, поможет. Довольно чистый пляж, прекрасное море, нет толп людей

The location, close to beach and good hotels like Sunset and dunes
The rude and impolite behaviour of staff especially the receptionist. Money making schemes at the cost of customers experience.
The receptionist misbehaved with me and my wife. We were with our infant and they made our stay very uncomfortable. To an extent of asking us to clean bedsheet or buy a new bedsheet or give them 500 rupees which had 2-3 washable colors mutiny marks.
We actually washed the bedsheet just to prove them it wasn't a permanent stain. This they didn't just do once but twice, even at checkout.
Earlier also we had showed them that those tiny marks are completely washable even with just plain water.
Also if you book via booking.com they are extra biased with you saying that ki booki se Kiya h toh Khali kamra milega not even a bottle of complementary water. Wifi sucked the whole time. And the staff is bad.

L'emplacement proche de la mer
La chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée à 4pm. Elle a ensuite été preparée avec des draps qui sentaient le moisi. Quand nous en avons parlé à la manager elle nous a répondu qu'elle savait (!!!). Nous avons donc du demander qu'ils les changent. Nous n'avions pas de cadenas pour fermer notre chambre. Heureusement nous avons pu utiliser celui de notre valise.

If you are looking to book a stay very close to the beach, in a limited budget, this place is ideal!
Had booked their most expensive room which didn't have an AC. When asked if we could downgrade to a cheaper room that has an AC, we were asked to pay 500 more per day! The manager was not helpful, despite going during off season and the hotel being completely empty, they didn't accommodate our request.
The booking said shared kitchen is available, but filtered water was not available – had no choice but to buy bottled water from them!

Very quiet place with great location, nice rooms with balcony. I was greeted very friendly, also nice owners here and all the staff. I felt at home here and I am grateful for this wonderful place.

Very clean and hygienic stay with spacious rooms and the best part is, it's right next to the mandrem beach. The staff was super polite and helped us in any way they could. Quick on their feet and absolutely humble.

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, strong WiFi, nice hot shower, walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
Some issues with power cuts but nothing major, resolved quickly.

It’s located in a quaint spot and the beach is also right close by. the room is spacious and the staff is courteous. they will help you with any information you need about Goa. 10/10 recommend.

bathroom do not have glass partitions, so while bathing entire bathroom will get wet. also showers are not movable , so you do not have any option than getting entire bathroom wet like toilet, washbasin etc. also it’s very small.

I checked in late and the owner kindly waited for me at reception. Staff is very kind. Location is good and quiet. The rooms are new and have nice furniture.
