The location, the price, the heaters, the free car park, easy check-in.
The bed was a bunk bed in a very small room - since the bedroom was veery small we had to take a few crab like steps to get to the lower bed; and the upper bed of the bunk bed was like you have to crawl first not to hit your head to the ceiling. The mattress on the lower bed was a bit sunken in the middle.

"Perfect accommodation for my family of four. 10+ for the kitchen appliances and all the details.
Thank you for our lovely stay, Marlene and Dominique!"
