Location with sea view and nice terrace. Great communication with agency.
Poor bed linen. There were blood marks on bedsheets which were washed but visible. No cups for coffee and not a lot of different types of glases.
There is ongoing construction work with some noise right in front of the building. We were aware of that so no issues. However when stepping out my wife almost twisted ankle due to height of the step. There were also big cockroaches running at the entrance every time we entered.

The apartment was clean, safe and spacious for a solo traveller or couple with a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen & lovely private roof terrace with loungers. The little balcony off the bedroom was lovely for looking out to sea & having morning coffee. Communication with the host, Guillermo was good - he was prompt in responding, organising transfer taxis & sending local info. I’ve stayed in Pedregalejo 4 times now and love the local vibe. If it were not for the noise from the late night bar downstairs ( I thought it was a restaurant from the photo) I would have rated this as excellent.
The only negative for me ( as a solo traveller) was the noise from the bar under the apartment - it was very noisy until 2am every week night & past 3am on Friday - even with earplugs there was no chance of sleeping! The noise came up through the floor and the tables directly outside on the square. The apartment rules said quiet after 2200 which I thought would mean it would be quiet in the area nearby too. I would have stayed again if it was less noisy as everything else was lovely. Unfortunately I left much more tired than when I arrived!
However, if you’re going for the night life ( rather than a relaxing stay) it would be fine.
