The location was unbeatable, the view from the living room was picture perfect. We were here for a wedding at the Villa Regina Teodolinda and it was walking distance which was important! It was a great home base to hang out and a huge plus that you can jump right in the lake right from the back porch. The host was communicative and accommodating, would recommend!

It is the basement level of larger house and it is on a lake so there were a lot of bugs, as to be expected. It is best to keep the windows closed!!

The owner let us check in early as we had travelled from a previous property nearby which was hugely appreciated as it was so hot & humid. The location was magnificent & there were fish & ducks that visited for food which was lovely. The owner allowed friends to visit & was very helpful with any enquiries. He was also accommodating with a late check out so we could go straight to our next property 10 minutes away for a wedding. We would love to visit this beautiful apartment again.

We loved everything about it. Not negatives for us but things to note if you have any mobility issues is there were about 90 steps down from the road to the property. We were using public transport & the closest shop was a bakers which had a nice selection but if you wanted bread you need to get there early.

Air con in 2 bedrooms only. the lounge got very hot as did the bunk bed room without aircon.

Superbly located property on the side of Lake Como. Edoardo the host was fantastic with suggestions and information and very quick to answer any and all questions we had before and during our stay.

Not something I didn't like per se, but just to be aware that there are a number of stairs to get up and down to the property from the entrance No problem for me and I actually used them for fitness training, but one of our friends struggles with steps so just something to be aware if you have a problem with lots of steps.

This house is beautiful surrounded, unique view and unrepeatable climate, it was my 30th bday and I can’t even imagine better place to spend it! The owner was extremly helpful and kind, we will definitely recommend this extraordinary house with a view and garder to all of our friends and for sure we will come back here as soon as it’s possible, I will not look for anu other place because it’s everything you expect from Como Lake! We even cancelled our booking in restaurant because all you need is in this place, I love it!
