E um hotel totalmente despreparado para turista , tanto de atendimento como comida como administração

Bazén na střeše, architektura hotelu , ochotný personál, poloha hotelu v klidné části Sanye. Ticho a klid na pokoji a v hotelu. Tichá klimatizace. Velmi rozumná cena.

V televizi pouze 4 čínské programy ,bez možnosti připojení HDMI, nebo USB, konektory tam byly ,ale nefungovaly nebo byly blokovány. Nedostatečné osvětlení, hlavně u postele chybí lampičky na čtení, nad postelí nesvítilo jedno světlo, nefungovalo elektrické zatemnění. Bohužel z celého personálu hotelu mluví anglicky pouze jedna praktikantka původem z Uzbekistánu, ostatní ,včetně recepce pouze čínsky a překladač mají automaticky nastaven na ruštinu.

The checkin was smooth and facilities explained by the lovely staff. Room was big enough and the bathroom worked. Breakfast had enough options, it's always hard to keep food hot in the bay maries. The location was perfect for beach access, bus transport and some local food cafes. And yes, the music from the night beach bands , and fireworks are loud, but hey we are on holidays at the beach ⛱️ . Great vibe.

The swimming pool hours. Outdoor pools opened at 15.30 - which meant the rooftop pool was home to screaming tots whom were frightened by the enormously massive luxury pool. Parents - leave your kids in the room. Then the roof pool closes at 12:00 to 14:00 for cleaning, which I understand. But it leaves sun lovers with no pool. (Not interested in indoor pool).

From our very first interaction, we did not feel welcome at this resort. We checked in at around 9:20 PM and asked where we could have dinner. Despite having booked an all-inclusive package, we were simply told to go and look for restaurants in the area. This was quite disappointing, especially considering that dinner should have been part of our package. The “all-inclusive” concept here is also quite different from what we expected. Meals are included, but lunch consists of a fixed Chinese menu, with no option to choose what you would like to eat. Drinks are not included throughout the day either. They are only available during dinner, including soft drinks, wine, and beer. Outside of dinner, the only thing replenished daily in the room is bottled water. On the second-to-last day of our stay, nobody came to clean our room. At around 4:00 PM, we went to reception to ask for someone to come and clean it, as we had also run out of clean towels, drinking water, and toilet paper. Another major issue was the language barrier. Around 80–90% of the staff do not speak English, which made communication quite difficult. We also had the impression that the staff were more attentive and willing to assist Chinese and Russian-speaking guests than other tourists. Overall, our experience was disappointing, especially considering the expectations created by the “all-inclusive” package. There are several areas where the resort could significantly improve its service and guest experience.
