Pool was good size and a kids pool. The room commodities were so good: internet, smart TV with cable TV, a spectacular ocean view and a big bathroom with warm water. The clean services was excellent.
At lobby the personal explain me all details for a comfortable stay.
The hotel has a private car park, which is good commodity. Just consider that the car park has 3 levels, and you should care drive to park your car and pass the ramps. Cars and motorcycles are preferred than other large vehicles like two cabinets or hummers.

I like the warmth welcoming from Alejandro and the attentive help we received from Jackelyn, the receptionist . The housekeeping lady Blanca always had our room nice and clean . The waitress Llesica helped us with our drinks and morning coffee . The 2 maintenance guys help us move our belongings from one room to a better air-conditioned room . The morning breakfast was ok. The restock of the handsoap towels were great quality. Furniture well taken care of.
I didn't like the air system they had going from the lobby to the kitchen area it was too hot and so uncomfortable. The first 2 nights in room 421 were miserable with the air conditioning not working at its 100% we complained and luckily we're able to move to another room we're we had no choice of balcony . Another bummer was the internet it was very bad. the only place to get a good speed was at the lobby .
