Big garden, spacious rooms and despite the fact the owners lived in a part of the house, they granted us total privacy! Very helpful and friendly land lady and son, who spoke perfect English.
There were no comfortable chairs. Not at the pool, not in the garden and not in the house. The beds were pretty hard as well, although we got used to that.

We've had a very nice stay at the accomodation Villa Lorena: just a half hour from the city Arezzo and in the heart of the Tuscan region. Citys Firenze, San Gimignano and Siena are at driveable distance. The house itself is suitable for 4 adults with 1 large and 1 smaller bedroom. The 2 bathrooms were okay but showers are very small. The private swimming pool outside makes largely up for it and alsof the garden is amazing!
The hostess is very friendly and speaks both Italian and French. She lives at the same location but in a different accomodation with separate entrance so your privacy is garanteed.
