Mr. Nabikul Khan and Mr Mayur from reception and F&B department took special care of us. Great food, fantastic views and courteous staff. In all strongly recommend for family visits. We were also offered a free room upgrade to a lake facing room which was a nice gesture :)
Flies and cobwebs were all around the property. The approach road (last mile) needs serious attention. Lastly too many stray dogs within the property make it intimidating for non dog lovers.

The room was very zen and exactly as described. I loved the atmosphere of the hotel very retreat-esque. The kitchen/dining staff were incredibly friendly and approachable.
The breakfast could be improved to be more extensive and cater slightly more for a non-endian audience (I love trying new things but sometimes having the option for what you know adds more comfort). The front desk staff weren't the most helpful. Also the retreat is quite far from the main vineyard and the roads weren't great.

Clam and far from the city. View was good.
Location was so interior. And not at all good for travellers during monsoon. Approaching Road is really bad. No activity from hotel staff. Not a proper dinner vibe. Cleanliness has to improve a lot for Resturant.
