Exceptional things: - Staff was super friendly, literally that was the friendliest staff I've ever met in hotels. They are very guests oriented and happy to help with all your questions and issues. (It is like 12 from 10 points) - Everyday cleaning, without any asking or demanding from your side, they clean, change towels, change leaning. Not all 5 star hotel have this level of service! - Internet (wi-fi) was functioning just perfect during the whole time. It gave me opportunity to work from my room without any issues. Once again it is a rare quality of wi-fi in hotels. - Location is extremely close to the best part of beach - damlatash beach. It is not more than 5 min.

The one thing that disturbing is that soundproofing could be better. It was too loud when somebody checked in during the night. But in this place I've found so many advantages, so it is not a big thing for me.

I had a bad stay at a place in Side so this was luxury after that. Clean, bright room with nice, hot showers and excellent Wifi. Good location and a nice restaurant downstairs. Had a great stay here.

The location is perfect, right on the beach. Nice and big rooms, very clean(!) and amazing service. Very good value for money. I will definetly come back.

The curtains were almost not light-tight.

Everything. The kind welcoming staff, the room, the bed, the location ( near teleferik , also 300 m from beach). They even helped me with airport transfer. This is written a 2 star hotel, but I think it is better a 4 stars hotel. I know what I am talking about, I travelled in 23 countries. Their kitchen is wonderful too. I will come back here.

So close to sea, design of the room is nice, view from the window, clean, warm, elevator,

no kettle, sometimes cold water (November time), everything else was fine

Mosquitoes. The first night we had to fight them. The second two nights we closed the balcony tightly and lay low. So I advise new arrivals to get repellent devices. Internet. Since I work as a professor at a university in Turkey, it is important for me to have online access to my organization. Unfortunately, there is virtually no internet in the hotel. That is, it sporadically turns on and then disappears after a while (the speed is also minimal, as the channel is set to the minimum). Guys - it's the 21st century, and you still live in the 20th! The internet is rated 3 out of 10. Breakfasts. I would advise to raise a bit (+50 lira per night) the accommodation and make the breakfasts more varied. Boiled eggs, something like puddings and jams in plastic tablets - I never tried that - with these things you scare customers away, not attract them. Get a normal coffee machine, increase the breakfast again by 10 lira and you'll see that people will appreciate it. Room cleaning. I would say it's like my students who come running in to do the look of work done, but forget to do the work itself. Change the maid to one who really cleans, not imitate cleaning. Finally, soundproofing. The sounds are there, the insulation is not. Especially from the inside. Wish your business good luck and thank you for further improvement!

They are very friendly and helpful. I really liked them because they helped us a lot with a lot of information and others for free. I do recommend everyone to join the hotel .

Close to the beach and attractions. There are parkings on the street close by for 21 Lira a day. For one night and that price the hotel is fine.

This hotel has got the charm of the 70s. Breakfast is basic but quite okay. My air condition decided to freak out during the night so I cut it off. WiFi is not always stabil.
