Small and cozy place with a nice view!
The view from the terrace and the location are the best assets of this apartment. It is a smaller apartment that can host a family of 3-4. Opening and closing the sofa bed (takes seconds) may be needed to be done daily to get more space in the living room during the day, but it was no problem for us. We enjoyed staying here! Thank you
After reading some of the negative points in previous reviews here, we found nothing negative during our stay. No smell, and kitchen equipment was fully satisfactory. We would come again 😉

We arrived in Summer, so opening the sliding glass door offered a daily view of paragliders, Mont Blanc and made the grassy area outside part of the experience.
Taxi service in Chamonix is unreliable.
Fortunately, the property is close to bus service and within walking distance of the village center.

I absolutely love the view and watch the paragliders land every day. It’s also ideally close to Chamonix shops and restaurants but still far enough to be really quiet and peaceful
Beds are medium comfortable and quite small if you are tall. No air vent in the bathroom. It would be nice to have proper wine glasses as well 😉

L’emplacement, la vue et la place de parking
Mauvais odeur dans la salle de bain et beaucoup de saleté sous le lit (bouteille d’eau, poussière). Pas de mot d’accueil ni une petite attention pour les hôtes
